The Perfect Diet for Weight Loss

Being the teenager can be very hard. Since I was a child the perfect body weight and physical condition were quite challenge. I was searching for some kind of the "magic potion" or "secret formula" that will solve my problems. For my friends it was much easier to lose weight and be fit. Opposite of them I had to do much more effort for less result. I was going nut. It was very hard to me. I thought that I am unlucky person.
As much as i could I was reading as many articles, scientific researches, celebrity advice as I could get about diets, food, fitness... in order to find the solution. There were some very interesting pieces of advice, I must admit. These years the "Atkins diet" was very popular. One of my friends was on the go with this diet. She did an amazing job. You can't imagine how she transformed herself. I was amazed. It was fair enough to me to try. It was high protein diet program. Actually it was very interesting at the beginning. You could eat as much as you can. The plan consists of meets and fats, also vegetables and dairy products. Awesome! But it wasn't. There were no results. I had enough energy but my belly was suffering. It didn't work quite well. So I had to give up.
I continued with my workout routine. I spent every single day at the gym, sometimes twice a day. My condition was very good. I was healthy and strong, but the centimeters didn't change much. As I was teenager the situation was very frustrating.
My cousin had some similar problems with gaining weight. She was also trying a lot of stuffs and diet plans. Well, she did find something that works for her. As I remember it was known as "UN" diet. The fruit breakfast was the same every day and the dinner meal was approximately half amount of the lunch meal. The types of the food were changing through the four days (proteins with the carbohydrates, fibers with the carbohydrates, sugars and carbohydrates and the fruit day). I tried. It didn't work. Huge amount of food, too boring, no results and made me so tiered. Once more I had to give up on the diet.
Gym and the jogging were my salvation. In the lot of pain and the sweat I was balancing with optimal results. The good look was the main goal, no matter of the price, no matter how my body was feeling. It was the mistake. The Big one. I was supposed to listen what my body was trying to tell me. It was suffering.

The many years had passed. Many ups and downs I survived until I realized that I have to listen what my body is trying to tell me, to cuddle it, not to punish it and not to make it starving. When I figure it out the things started to change. The most important thing is how our body feels, not how it looks. When you feel comfort and lightweight in your belly, when your organs feel comfy, slowly but surely your body is going to show you gratitude and you will see the results. You will loose weight. There are over seven billion people on this planet and everyone has its own specific DNA code. Your body is unique so you have to listen to it and it will show you what to do.
